Care tips: Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner regularly to clean and counteract shedding. If you find a long thread, cut it with scissors. Never pull it. Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave in the washer. Use a gentle cycle (Do not use agitator). Avoid continuous exposure to sun. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Capacity of the washing machine 16 lb or higher. Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile. Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge/agitator, as it may damage the rug.
