It lies under the fitted sheet, between your baby and the crib mattress, where the wool keeps moisture away from the mattress while still letting air move, so little sleepers stay comfortable. This pad is made from GOTS certified organic wool milled and carded in the USA. Soft, simple and natural, this organic wool crib puddle pad keeps the crib cozy and the mattress fresh, night after night!

Washing and care: Hand wash or rinse in cool water with a lanolin wool wash, which keeps the wool water repellent and soft. Reshape it on a towel and lay flat to dry, or dry it in the sun. Machine drying felts the wool and shrinks the pad 2 to 4 inches.
